1. Service Agreement

When you book our services through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you enter into a binding agreement with Trade Hub Qatar. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will notify you within 24 hours of your booking request to confirm the appointment.

2. Cleaning Services

Scope of Work: Our cleaning services include floor cleaning, dusting, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general tidying as agreed upon during booking. Any additional services must be requested in advance.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure that the area is reasonably prepared for cleaning (removing valuable items, ensuring utilities are available).

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Hospitality Staffing

Trade Hub provides trained hospitality staff including office boys, reception support, tea boys, and event staff for businesses and individuals in Qatar.

Staff Verification: All our staff members are background-verified, trained, and legally authorized to work in Qatar. However, clients are responsible for supervising staff during their shift.

Replacement Policy: If you are unsatisfied with a staff member, we will provide a replacement within 48 hours of your request.

4. Document Clearing Services

We provide PRO assistance, attestation services, and document processing for individuals and businesses. Processing times depend on government authorities and are not guaranteed.

Client Documents: Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation. Trade Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete submissions.

Confidentiality: All client documents are handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment can be made online or in cash after service completion. For recurring services, advance payment may be required.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change. Any promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only if the service was not performed as agreed. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Liability & Insurance

Trade Hub maintains liability insurance for all services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper client instructions.

Property Damage: Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

Personal Belongings: We are not liable for loss or damage to valuables, cash, jewelry, or important documents left unsecured during service.

7. Client Conduct

Clients must treat our staff with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate these terms or engage in disrespectful conduct toward our team members.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information including name, contact details, and address solely for service delivery purposes. Your data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

Trade Hub is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Qatar.

Clients agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

Trade Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
