You must be well-presented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers with a welcoming approach
• Present menus and explain food & beverage options
• Accurately take orders and deliver items to tables on time
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
• Process bills and support cash/online payments when needed
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, polite, and customer-focused personality
